what to wear: spring business casual
Finding a great top to wear for work during the warmer months can be an awesome feat…especially if you are well-endowed. To the Wardrobe 911 rescue is Carissa Rose.
As you may know, Carissa Rose is a favorite of mine because of her great-fitting tops for full busted gals. So, when she asked me to try out her Norah tunic, I jumped at the chance. The style is made of a soft, lightweight cotton with a matte metal exposed zipper in front. It has long-sleeves with cute silver buttons that you can roll up for a more effortless look. The best part is the fit — the princess seams follow your curves and it looks like it was made especially for you. The tie is sewn on — I didn’t find it a problem and thought it added a nice touch. My only wish is that the tunic had side vents but those are easy to add if you know how to sew.
Wear it with jeans, white pants, cropped pants and pencil skirts. I show it with some super soft, high rise (but not frumpy) flared cropped pants.

I’m in love with that hobo bag, and now have to decide what color to buy! (I’m leaning towards navy.) Thanks for the great find, Teresa! I never would have found it otherwise.
You’re welcome Christy! The navy is definitely my favorite as well.
Hey Teresa – great look! How would you style this for someone in their late twenties to make it work-appropriate, but a bit younger?
Thanks!
