Being on the West Coast, dress codes at work tend to be a little more casual; especially with the high-tech Silicon Valley firms. So how do you dress if you are a CEO or top executive and want to bridge the gap between engineer-ultra-casual and corporate-professional?
Here’s a look that will help you come across as a confident leader; together enough for corporate visitors and casual enough for whiteboarding with the team.
Wear a flat-front wool-blend Boss tan pant with a simple charcoal cashmere crewneck.
Add a Burberry plaid sportcoat which is a lightweight silk/wool blend – perfect for the transitioning weather. Try these Bruno Magli loafers
which are similar in color to the pant and create a long lean line – especially nice if you want to look taller.
