My stylist was very excited when I told her I was thinking of letting the silver grow in and she gave me a really cute short haircut. She says I have the coloring to carry it off and she thinks I'll look hip, with the right haircut and eye glasses. But I chickened out. The fear of looking old is so scary! I'm going to try again, though. Thanks for posting this! I got to stage #3. When she decided to stop coloring, it turned out that her natural hair looked exactly like what she'd been paying to have done for years. I found that you have to pay more attention to make up, clothes and hairstyle or this look can age you fast. Also take into consideration your coloring.
