Thanks stunning hair fan! I'm going on 42 now (mentally 25!) but my hair color is spot on for the photoshopped version above. Only difference is my hair is a sassy short cut right now -- I'll have to get a new picture up soon.

The gray looks stunning/striking/classy on Teresa with her young face and dark eyebrows - it is photoshopped? How old is she? Looking forward to seeing more transition and recent pics. I would definitely do a double-take on the street - sexy!

I got to stage #3. My stylist was very excited when I told her I was thinking of letting the silver grow in and she gave me a really cute short haircut. She says I have the coloring to carry it off and she thinks I'll look hip, with the right haircut and eye glasses. But I chickened out. The fear of looking old is so scary! I'm going to try again, though. Thanks for posting this!

Greying hair i can handle.
I don't want a grey (dull) wardrobe!
I will say if your hair is going grey, use colors other than grey in your outfits. Toss out the grey and go shopping!!!!!

My mother colored and frosted her hair for years in the 60's and 70's, with a brown undercolor and blondish/grayish highlights. When she decided to stop coloring, it turned out that her natural hair looked exactly like what she'd been paying to have done for years. I guess she was one of the lucky ones, since she didn't have any roots.

I tried this look when my hair came back from chemo-no growing out right? I found that you have to pay more attention to make up, clothes and hairstyle or this look can age you fast. Also take into consideration your coloring. Gray looks best on those with some pink in their skin IMO.
