success guide for new grads

NPG CoverLooking to help a recent grad succeed in their first professional position? Consider giving them my 90-minute audio program and workbook, The New Professional’s Guide to Success, designed to take the mystery out of what it means to be a professional. It’s filled with practical advice every new grad needs in order to be successful in a corporate environment.

Parents tell me The Guide is an especially helpful tool for their grown up kids as they transition from school to work because it shows them how to add value quickly when they join their new employer, along with advice on what not to do. And of course there’s a section on appropriate dress! Order a copy before December 22nd and I’ll send you my business etiquette booklets (a $16 value) at no charge. Happy holidays!

I use Gretchen’s guide with all of my “just out of college” job seekers. It gives them a great introduction to what professionalism means and how they can amp up their game and be successful.

Hellloooo Gretchen!!! I cannot tell you how many times I refer woman to your Waradrobe 911 site. I work in the national headquarters office of the American Red Cross, and I’m constantly amazed at the number of people who think they don’t have to dress professionally if working or visiting a non-profit organization. How wrong they are!!! The advice you provide is always right-on and whenever I’m complimented on something I’m wearing, I tell the person about my fantastic “wardrobe” coach and hand over a current copy of your newsletter. Keep up the great work – slowly and surely you’re having a positive impact!! All best, Frances
