Overview
The Wardrobe 911 Style Planning card set is for notating your outfits and keeping track of when you wear them. Each set includes three different color-coded cards for everyday, going out and important events. The cards were designed for both men and women to use in organizing their wardrobe.
Daily Outfit Planning Card
- (10) Daily cards for notating your daily outfits, whether they be for work or for play. These are also great for organizing your upcoming travel outfits.
Going Out Outfit Planning Card
- (5) Going Out cards for keeping track of your favorite dressy or casual outfits
Important Event Outfit Planning Card
- (5) Important Event cards that help you notate your outfits for upcoming important client meetings, weddings or other special events in your life.
The back of each card includes space for you to notate where you wore your outfit. This is especially helpful if you find yourself utilizing just a few great outfits for certain events and you want to make sure people don’t always see you in the same outfit.

Each color-coded card provides room for you to write what the outfit is for. Some ideas for work can be by dress code such as business casual or business professional or by weather. You decide! You can use all the fields or just a few — whatever works best for your style organization needs.

The cards are made of heavy stock and fit perfectly into a Junior-size day planner. Simply punch the holes into your cards and you can organize your Style Planner by the color coded cards (Daily, Going Out, Special Events), by Work or Personal, or by Season.

Take Great Pictures
The space on the cards allow for a wallet-size photo which you can fix in a photo software program and print from your computer. We like Photoshop Elements which allows you to knock the backgrounds out and crop to your liking.
To take good pictures of your outfits, organize them on a white or gray background on your floor. Then, by standing on a chair, lean your camera over to the middle of the outfit, level the camera as best you can so it is parallel to the floor, and shoot. If you hold your camera at an angle, you will skew the look of your outfit.

If you’re a personal stylist, these cards are great to use when you are conducting a closet audit or outfit planning session with your clients. Punch holes into them and add them to a customized binder with your logo as a special leave-behind for your client.
