Q: How long does it take you to do a post?

A: It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the photos we’re using.

Q: I would like to schedule an appointment however I don’t live near San Francisco. How do I get started?

A: We are now available in Los Angeles and during limited times in the New York area.  If you are not near one of these locations, we can come to you (travel expenses are required) or we can work together on the phone through a virtual style consultation. Along with filling out the 11-page assessment, we will need at least eight current color pictures of you (2 headshots and 6 full length body shots) along with pictures of your current wardrobe. We ’ll provide you a list of everything you need to submit in order to develop your unique personal style.

Q: Do you work with men?

A: Yes, we work with executives and business spokespeople in fine-tuning their image.  Please email us with your goals and we can start a conversation.

Q: I am interested in updating my style and wardrobe for work. How does the process work?

A: Once we agree on which stylist you’d like to work with, we schedule an appointment and send you our client agreement. Once your paperwork and confirmation deposit is received, we’ll have you fill out the 11-page Style Assessment and do a bit of homework before our first meeting. We’ll start with the Style Consultation where we’ll review the assessment and tailor a plan for you based on your lifestyle and needs.

Q: I work during the week. Are you available on weekends?

A: Some of our stylists are. Most are available for late afternoon/early evening appointments. Please contact us for availability.

Q: What’s your style and fashion philosophy?

A: Style should communicate who you are as a person and fashion is one of the means to help you accomplish that. We believe less is more and that quality and fit trump quantity (and yes, quality does cost more.) Having said that, just because something is couture doesn’t mean it’s good.

Q: I hate shopping. Even after you educate me about how to shop, can I still use your services?

A: Yes! We have lots of clients who HATE shopping or just don’t have the time. We take our clients shopping for seasonal updates or to help them find the perfect dress for a wedding.  And if you really don’t have the time, we offer in-home shopping services so please ask about that if you are interested.
