what to wear: spinning class

One of the fitness trends quickly gaining popularity this year is learning during spinning class.  It’s multi-tasking self improvement at its finest!

With getting healthy + learning a new language topping most people’s resolutions list, there is no time like today to begin–properly attired, of course!

To help make your class a positive experience, avoid wearing running shorts or heavy sweat pants that provide no cushion or ventilation.  Instead, go for padded cycling shorts for maximum comfort.  Add a sports bra for support, and top off your outfit with this gym tee with a kangaroo pocket for storing your tunes or language lessons.

Don’t forget to wear the right footwear for smooth riding, and most importantly, hydrate!
